FAQ

  • A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to delivery.

  • Our standard rental period covers 1 or 2 days. Extended rentals (up to 3 days or longer) are available at an increased rate.

  • Rentals are reserved rain or shine. We do not offer refunds due to weather.

    If you need to reschedule due to severe weather, contact us at least 48 hours before delivery and we’ll try to accommodate based on availability.

    For safety, we may delay or cancel setups in the event of extreme weather.

  • We offer a flat delivery fee of $50 for locations within 25 miles of Gonzales, LA. For distances beyond 25 miles, a fee of $1.00 per mile applies.

  • Tent setup is included with all tent rentals. Tables and chairs are delivered and placed under the tent or in the designated setup area. Full arrangement of tables and chairs is available upon request for an additional fee.

  • Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event date will forfeit the 25% deposit. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may be subject to additional charges.
